THE STATE CLUB PARKING COMMITTEE RULES AND REGULATIONS
STATE Club Members
All Parking:
- If your membership in The STATE Club includes Staley, S-H-M or Wilkinson parking, you must enter the campus via Chestnut Street / US 21 / 178 Bypass. GATE # 5 ALL PASSENGERS MUST HAVE A GAME DAY TICKET TO ENTER.
- VIP members and Mitchell VIP members must enter stadium parking via Russell St. at GATE #1
- Exiting and re-entering the parking areas are PROHIBITED.
- Hang tags can only be used once to enter into the parking areas.
- If hang tag(s) are lost or misplaced, they will not be re-issued.
- No vehicle will enter the parking area without the proper hang tags.
- Please have your hang tags visible at all times.
- Park only in the space that has been assigned to you, including motorcycles.
- Park and tailgate in your area only. TOWING WILL BE ENFORCED PER CAMPUS POLICE AND STATE CLUB SECURITY.
- Loud music is prohibited.
- Members are also prohibited from having large crowd gatherings that obstruct traffic or parking spaces. STATE CLUB SECURITY AND CAMPUS POLICE WILL ENFORCE.
- Emergency lanes must be open at all times for emergency vehicles, Campus Police, and for STATE Club members to arrive and/or depart from their assigned spaces.
- Do not dispose charcoal, cooking oil, nor any other trash on the grounds.
- Contain all of your debris in boxes, bags, etc., to be placed in dumpsters provided by the university, or take your trash with you when you leave.
- You must have an RV to have a RV parking space.
- RVs assigned to the SHM area will have two adjacent numbers. Every third number will be shared with the next member to you, which will give you 22 ½ by 45 feet. Back your RV against the curb.
- All RVs will be allowed in at 6.00 a.m., on Friday before the game and must leave by noon Sunday.
- RVs and cars cannot share hang tags nor occupy the same parking space. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense. Every vehicle must have a hang tag on display at all times, as parking areas will be monitored. Mitchell VIP Parking:
- Those who are assigned to the Mitchell VIP Parking Area can tailgate, but cannot grill, fry or cook in this area. Members are only allowed to bring prepared food. New Parking Policy Updates:
- Membership Partial Payments: Partial payments are only accepted when using the ACH form that debits your bank account incrementally to reach your membership level. Otherwise, The STATE Club will only accept payments for parking spaces in full, either with the application or by phone.
- Death of a STATE Club Member: If a STATE Club member dies, his or her space will be available only to the next of kin (spouse or children). If a name is not written on the deceased member’s application, the next of kin will be required to present a notarized letter in order to receive the parking space.
- Parking Spaces at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center: STATE Club members are prohibited from tailgating in the parking spaces at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center, which is located behind the Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center. These spaces will be used for parking purposes only by the S.C. State University Board of Trustees and All Access Passholders.
