THE STATE CLUB PARKING COMMITTEE RULES AND REGULATIONS

STATE Club Members

Parking Guidance:

  • STATE Club Members must have a valid Color Corresponding Parking Hangtag and tickets to gain access on campus thru the prescribed gate entrance/exit. Parking guidelines will be strictly enforced ensuring members will have full access to their assigned parking space(s).
  • Please keep your hangtags visible at all times and park only in your assigned space. This includes trailers, motorcycles, and golf carts; all must be parked within your assigned space.
  • If your STATE Club amenities includes parking in both the Staley and the SHM neighborhood parking, you must enter/exit the campus via Chestnut Street / US 21 / 178 Bypass at GATE #

        5. As for the Wilkinson neighborhood parking for both cars and RVs; access will be granted only through GATE #4 off of Buckley                    Street entrance/exit. Likewise, for potential RV parking in the Mason Field neighborhood, access will be granted only thru GATE #4 off          of  Buckley Street entrance/exit.

  • Kennel, Doghouses, Mitchell, and RVs members; you will be granted access via Russell Street at GATE #1.
  • Exiting and re-entering the parking areas are PROHIBITED on game day.
  • Hangtags can only be used once to enter your assigned parking neighborhood.
  • If hangtag(s) are lost or misplaced, it will cost you a $50.00 fee for a replacement hangtag.
  • Park and tailgate only in your area. The University will be enforcing a Towing Policy for parking violators. This policy will be primarily enforced and managed by the University Campus Police. You are personally liable to pay the cost involved for towing/booting vehicles in violation. The estimated cost for towing is yet to be determined.
  • Loud music and/or public distractions are prohibited from Kick-off to the end of the Game.
  • Be courteous and respectful ensuring your behavior is not negatively impacting the game day experience for anyone else.
  • Parking Spaces at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center: STATE Club members are prohibited from tailgating in the parking spaces at the Hardeep Judge Tennis Center.
  • Emergency and driving lanes must always stay open for emergency response vehicles, Campus Police, law enforcement, and towing vehicles.
  • Do not grill in between parked vehicles, RVs, and or campers. Do not dispose charcoal, cooking oil, nor any other trash on the grounds and certainly not in the drains.
  • Contain all your debris in boxes, bags, etc., placed in the closest dumpsters or take your trash with you.

Special Instructions for RV and Camper Parking:

  • All RVs/Campers will be allowed access on campus at 9.00 a.m., on Friday before the game and must leave by noon on Sundays. Overnight stays before Friday and or after Sundays must be coordinated thru the State Club and subsequently with the Campus Police.
  • The SCSU Ticket Office will make Single-game RV/Camper/Car parking available for sale only in the Pecan Grove Neighborhood.
  • RVs, campers, and cars cannot share hangtags nor occupy the same parking spaces. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense. Every vehicle must have a hangtag on display at all times, as parking neighborhoods will be monitored by private and contracted security, university police, and ROTC Cadets.
